Mr. Laxmikant Vaishnav, the Chairman & CEO, started the entire journey of RCM with his strong will & determination 27 years ago. He started his career with trading. Very soon, he diversified his work and set foot in the Manufacturing/Mining/Minerals industry with his innovative thinking and creative ideas. He is always passionately trying to pursue Excellence. His contribution towards the industry is commendable .He even contributes to the society through his CSR initiatives such as free operations for the poor and needy people, Donations towards Orphanages and Deaf And Dumb School. He has been honored with the Samaj Ratna Award. Mr. Vaishnav always ensures that his employees feel comfortable and safe by developing and sustaining a work environment where his employees feel respected, appreciated and valued. Through his cultural activities, he strengthens the bonds amongst the individuals of the company. Above all this, he helps his employees to achieve personal growth. Through his leadership practices, he has developed a much richer and satisfying customer experience which has led to more loyal customers.

Mr. Vivek Vaishnav, the Managing Director, has graduated with First Class Degree in Bachelor of Chemical Engineering. He has also completed the Management degree in PGP-FMB. He started his career with Rashtriya Chemicals and Minerals. At the age of 26, he joined the Board and was in charge of Production & Marketing of the product of the Company. His exposure to various industry practices has been pivotal in strengthening the production practices in the company.
